The Third Time is a Charm for Most Outstanding Soccer Scholar Winner

Damion Smith won the annual Most Outstanding Soccer Scholar award for the third time running. The award includes a $200 stipend to assist with back to school.

Damion maintains a B+ average while he continues to participate for his school’s U-15 and his community U-15 team. Damion is somewhat short for his age; but what he lacks in height, he makes up for in his grade, his football abilities and his buoyant character.

Damions wants to become a meteorologist. Surely, it doesn’t take a meterologist to predict that if Damion continues to shine on and off the field, then his future will be charaterized by illuminating sunshine rather than dark cloulds and torrential rains.
